By purchasing from Weed Family Gardens or Valley Outdoor Supply LLC, you agree to the following terms:

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Weed Family Gardens" also includes Valley Outdoor Supply LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, unless otherwise specified.


1. Agreement to Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between Weed Family Gardens and the customer. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from purchasing our products.
  • Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our products for their specific application, including but not limited to compliance with local codes and environmental conditions. Weed Family Gardens does not provide professional or structural engineering advice.

2. Custom Cutting Policy

  • Custom-cut orders must be prepaid in full before cutting begins.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-cut panels.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying measurements before purchase. Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for measurement errors.
  • Custom-cut or special-order products are manufactured to customer specifications and may vary slightly in length or appearance due to production tolerances. By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this variability.

3. Warranty and Liability

  • All products are sold "As-Is" with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to all customers.
  • Customers assume full responsibility for installation, maintenance, and suitability of products for their intended use.
  • Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for structural failures, improper installation, or failure to comply with local building codes.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard panels may be returned within 30 days if unused; a restocking fee may apply.
  • Custom-cut panels are non-refundable.
  • Claims for damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
  • Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for damages reported after this time frame.

5. Delivery, Shipping, Pickup, and Damages

  • Local pickup is by appointment only.
  • Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location and order size.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.
  • All risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to any third-party carrier. Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss incurred during third-party transport, even when arranged on behalf of the customer.
  • Customers must secure their own loads; employees cannot assist in securing loads due to liability concerns.
  • Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper loading or securing of materials by the customer.
  • Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for any damage to customer vehicles, trailers, or property caused while on premises, including driveways, parking areas, or loading zones.
  • Customers must take appropriate precautions to ensure their vehicles are secured and protected while on Weed Family Gardens' property.

6. General Disclaimer

  • Customers assume all risks associated with product handling, storage, and use.
  • Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or compliance with building codes.
  • Customers must wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves, eye protection, and suitable clothing when handling metal panels to prevent injury.
  • Customers must use proper handling techniques and safe lifting practices when transporting, storing, or installing materials. Weed Family Gardens is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or damages to products resulting from improper handling or lifting.
  • Weed Family Gardens does not offer installation services and is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from third-party or self-installation.
  • Product appearance, color, and texture may vary slightly from samples or images due to manufacturing batch differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.

7. Payment Terms

  • All sales are final once payment is processed. In the case of disputes or chargebacks, Weed Family Gardens reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer’s account and restrict further transactions.
  • Custom orders require full prepayment and cannot be canceled once processing begins.
  • If a payment is delayed or a chargeback occurs, the customer may be subject to additional fees and legal action to recover the outstanding balance.
  • Customers must resolve any billing discrepancies directly with Weed Family Gardens before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Failure to do so may result in the account being flagged for fraud.
  • For credit card payments made at our physical store, a 3% handling fee will be added to the total amount of the sale.
  • Customers agree to pay any processing fees associated with chargebacks or disputes.
  • In addition to the cost of the products, the customer may be subject to processing fees associated with PayPal or credit card payments. These fees are applied by the payment service providers and will be included in the final total at checkout.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be addressed through direct communication with customer service.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Snohomish County, Washington.
  • The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Weed Family Gardens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from product purchase, transport, use, or installation.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
  • Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weed Family Gardens, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
    • The use, installation, or modification of the product.
    • Injuries, damages, or legal claims resulting from resale or transfer of the product.
    • Failure to comply with local building codes, regulations, or permit requirements.

10. Force Majeure

  • Weed Family Gardens shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or government regulations.
  • Customers will be notified of any expected delivery delays, and no compensation will be offered due to Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions).

11. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that reflects the intent of the original, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Weed Family Gardens reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing terms periodically.
  • Weed Family Gardens reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies on the website or sales platforms without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.
